Flower Plus Nairobi specializes in premium floral arrangements, gifts, and related services in Nairobi, Kenya.
Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Product Variations
Due to the natural nature of flowers, colors, sizes, and arrangements may vary slightly from product images shown on our website. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products.
Product Limitations
We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Fresh flowers are perishable goods with limited shelf life. We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery but cannot guarantee longevity beyond 48 hours without proper care.
4. Ordering Process
By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an order confirmation email.
Order Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate, including:
- Recipient's full name and contact information
- Complete and accurate delivery address
- Correct delivery date and time preferences
- Special instructions for delivery
- Accurate billing information
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

5. Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

- Cash on Delivery (Nairobi area only, with limitations)
Pricing Policy
Prices for our products are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment Security
All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL technology and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Security Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to accept partial payments or provide change for large bills.
6. Delivery & Shipping
Flower Plus Nairobi delivers within Nairobi and select surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following areas:
- Nairobi Central Business District
- Westlands, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Lavington
- Karen, Langata, Runda, Muthaiga
- Parklands, Hurlingham, Adams Arcade
- Selected areas in Thika Road, Mombasa Road, and Ngong Road
Delivery Times
Standard delivery hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Delivery Issues
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address:
- Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient
- If contact cannot be made, we will attempt delivery again later the same day
- If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our store
- Redelivery fees may apply for returned orders
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flower Plus Nairobi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Trademarks
The Flower Plus Nairobi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Flower Plus Nairobi. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Content Usage
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our express written consent.
User Content: By submitting photos, reviews, or other content to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and business purposes.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
Flower Plus Nairobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or products.
Product Liability
Our liability for any product delivered is limited to the purchase price of that product. We shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, before resorting to litigation.
